The project is conducted by the Employers’ Programme of the ITC ILO in cooperation with Eurociett (European Confederation of Private Employment Agencies), the EU level organization representing the employers of the agency work industry, and its member organizations.
The general objective of the project is to assist Employers’ Organizations (EOs) of the agency work industry (Temporary Agency Work - TAW) in developing strategies, tools and the skills needed to strengthen their capacity to effectively engage in policy development and social dialogue, both at national and EU level.
In order to achieve these aims, a number of training and capacity-building activities will be organised (see detailed work programme). For these activities to be successful, specific and tailored background material need be developed. The work of an external expert will be instrumental in order to substantiate and prepare the discussions of EO representatives and company leaders, allowing maximizing learning and experience sharing during the workshops.
