Agency Work Regulation at European and national level
|
IntroductionEurociett is striving for appropriate regulation for the agency work industry. At international level, Ciett calls for further ratification of ILO Convention 181 on private employment agencies. At European level, the EU Directive on temporary agency work and the Posting of Workers Directive are key elements of European regulation affecting the industry.
