Eurociett / FlexWorkResearch Conference

The Eurociett / FlexWorkResearch conference was held in cooperation with the University of Amsterdam, on 26 and 27 November in Brussels. The objective was to bring together European stakeholders working in the field of employment - including researchers and policy makers - to examine all angles of flexible working and to consider the opportunities and challenges for temporary agency work in the years to come.

 

OECD Senior Economist at the Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs Paul Swaim gave the opening keynote address and the closing address was made by European Commission Head of Unit of Employment Services, Wallis Goelen. In between were a series of parallel workshops in which the gathered experts were able to share ideas and experiences.
